I couldn't finish 2/4 egg rolls though and had to refridgerate them!

I get my Chinese food from a place call Hang Tai and I now the owner so that's always fun. I also got egg rolls but for my sister and it came with 4 but she only ate 2 so she refrigerated them... are you my sister?

I just finished eating a chocolate hot cross bun. Love them and I hate the fact that the stores around here only sell them when easter is coming up.

I just put some chocolate cream between paprika flavored salt crackers. Actually wasn't half bad, though spreading the stuff on the crackers was propably more trouble than it was worth.

If you want to try something nice with crackers, heres what you do. Get a block of cheese, none of that 'pre-sliced' stuff, you want to cut it yourself. Along with it, you will need some fresh tomato, and a jar of large pickled onions. This is what you do.
Step 1) Slice the cheese to no thicker than half a centimeter, any less and you wont get enough, any more and you will have it too dry.
Step 2) The Tomato must be cut thinly, but not too thin. I say just smaller than the cheese, as you don't want to over power the taste.
Step 3) Cut a single pickled onion in half, and then into quarters. Peel it apart so each layer is on the cutting board.
Step 4) To assemble it, get your cracker of choice. I prefer square ones as they fit better, but its really up to you. You may butter it if you want, but to me, that ruins it. Now get the cheese and put that on first, followed by the tomato. If the cracker and cheese are fairly long, use 2 full slices, and cut a third in half, and use it to cover the gap in the middle if need be. Lastly, place the pickled onion pieces over the tomato. You can put it inside the tomato if you want, but that does no real addition to the taste.
Step 5) Enjoy it.

Trust me, one bite of this and you will be in heaven.

You can still try it without the tomato, and pickled onion tastes nothing like onion. They basically are onions, but soak in vinegar for a long time, giving them a nice taste. However if you live alone, don't buy them, as I don't want you to waste your money.
