Is This a Good PS3 Deal?
#1
I saw a 12GB PS3 for $140. I'm just a bit confused because it said something like it didn't have a hard drive, so some games and features won't play on it.

That memory also seems super low. Is this even worth it?

You can add another (your own) harddrive but this price is the real price for a brand new PS3 12 GB.

I honestly wouldn't buy it, but that's my personal opinion.

If you don't have any PS3 yet the best is the 60 GB fat PS3, with this you can play PS1 and PS2 games.

If you are gonna pay $140 for 12GB might as well chip in the extra hundred and go for something like this:

http://www.amazon.com/PlayStation-Last-U...mentWidget

Both are really great games and you got all that HDD space for more games as well. There are tons of great PS3 games out there like Journey, LittleBigPlanet, the Kingdom Hearts HD collections, Ni No Kuni Wrath of the White Witch which had cutscenes designed by Studio Ghibli, Valkyria Chronicles and others I can't remember their names.

Plus Troy Baker, guy who plays Joel in The Last of Us plays The Joker in Origins so there is that too.

I'll keep this in mind.

To be honest, The Last of Us isn't my kind of game. I liked watching a play through of it because I love parent/child relationships that develop between two people who aren't related. I just don't care for shooting and tinkering with guns to improve them. Nothing seemed like it would be all that fun and it's a bummer they stopped so abruptly with showing new zombies as the infection progresses.

There is also this bundle if the Lego series is more your cup of tea for games.

Slightly cheaper but 1 game instead of 2 but the Hard Drive is larger so it probably rounds out in the end a little.
