The beginning of the main menu theme of Smash 4 sounds extremely similar to the Character Select theme from the original Smash Bros. for N64.

Is this really trivia? I think this is sort of a given considering they're of the same series. It'd be like mentioning the Superman theme can be heard in various piece of music found in the Superman game series.

Funny you mention the SSB64 character select theme, as it is used in Smash 4 as the Results screen after fights.
