Jigglypuff SSB4

Most of Jigglypuff's voice clips for Super Smash Bros. for WiiU and 3DS are just recycled from the first Super Smash Bros. for N64.

UPDATE: All the proof you need.

These videos do not provide evidence that they are the same clips. They sound similar because it's the same character.

Until the audio files have been extracted, or the sounds on their own recorded, this cannot be confirmed.

I doubt they would use low quality sound files like they did in the N64 version, however, and the original recordings would likely not have been stored.

I've played both games quite recently and they are the same but in higher quality. They also remastered Skull kid's voice clips too. 
I'm working getting up a video with a compliation of them to prove it.

These are not the same as those in the first video. While similar, there aren't many ways for a character to have their voice changed. They certainly are not the same sound clips, however.
