Tales of Symphonia 2 Cless Reference?

There's an equippable item in Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World called "Fencer's Bandanna", a red bandana modelled after Cless Alvein's signature headband from Tales of Phantasia.

The item blurb also mentions an "Eternal Swordsman" from a play or book called "Legends of Fantasy".

I own the game and would be willing to check but sadly that GameFAQs guide didn't help much with the location in regards to where its acquired so I did a quick Google search and found a site who have scanned and uploaded the Brady Games guide for the game and an image of it can be found all the way on page 146. :)
