Favorite original to the game superhero. So, no Batman.

I'll go with Silver Shroud from Fallout 4 at the moment. I might have a different one later.

Can it be original superheros or characters that have the capabilities of being a superhero?

They have to be referred to or themed as being a super hero.

Also, with that being added, I have a suggestion coming from this month's Game Informer magazine.

Favorite in-universe game. A game that exists within another game, whether it be literal or contextual.

I'm going with Warcraft's own Hearthstone.

I´m going with Tekken 5´s Devil Within.Or Death By Degrees, but i´m not sure if it takes place in Tekken universe...

I wouldn't count Devil Within. Its more of an event in the game than a game itself. A good example from Tekken 5 would be the arcade game that's included with the loading screens.
