Project X Zone 2 = so much yes!

What if they can't use Sonic and Pac-Man because they're being used by Nintendo currently? Also notice how they aren't using regular Mega Man, so maybe they could have Ghostly Adventures Pac-Man and Sonics classic look. Or maybe I'm looking too far into it.

That shouldn't be a problem. The game should be on the 3DS. The first one is after all. I'd think Nintendo would want to include those characters, but I believe the whole point is to stick to humans and human-looking characters. At least that seems to be the case so far as I can tell.

I would also like to have different weapons and items that actually are worth something, instead of just "newer items add more numbers, thus being automatically better". Have the various characters be different "classes", thus making everyone useful for something instead of pretty much everyone being the same with slight alteration to stats.

Take hints from Cross Edge, a game both Namco Bandai and Capcom were a part of. Now THAT game had a lot of variation to different characters and gameplay styles.

Lots more characters and gameplay revealed. Wish I knew how to read Japanese. But hey, at least it seems like they have given the gameplay a bit more depth afterall. The special edition looks interesting too. Just hoping it's available internationally.

It will be international. SDCC talked about it at Bandai Namco's panel and everything else they talked about at that panel are games coming to the west. Our release date was early 2016 though and I didn't hear anything about that special edition, but maybe they'll announce it later.

I sure hope so, but that's not why I said "I wish I could read Japanese". I said it because I had no idea what the trailer was telling me.

That's what translations are for. That video is pretty much the same thing only shorter because again, it's lacking info on the Special Edition.
