He doesn't. He really doesn't. I'm talking about the Resident Evil villain, also known as the T-103 Tyrant (mass production model).
As you can see in the video below, he does not make a single sound even after having been shot full of bullets to the point of faltering down.
Granted, I think he did roar when he became the Super Tyrant but so do literally all the other Tyrants in the series.

What I'm getting at here is that when he did make an apparance as a cameo card in the TCG Android game Deadman's Cross, he is listed as a screamer. That being quite the opposite of what he usually does.
