So, this guy just got the game and recognized a few things.

In River King Casino, you have a chance of seeing MegamanDS (no idea who that is, the link leads to a product line),
Yuzuriha from Under Night: In-Birth,
Matt and Woolie , from Two best friends play,
and two dogs dressed as Chun-Li and Guile from Street Fighter.

Since it says "as himself" it's safe to assume it's someone's username. These were, according to the page, background characters submitted by backers, after all.

In 2013, ZONE, one of Skullgirls's animators, and a hentai artist, released an april fools joke declaring that her character ZONE-tan was going to be a playable character in the game.
