As part of the 2015 Halloween event in The Simpsons: Tapped Out, one of the prizes unlocked was a Clockwork Bart costume for Bart Simpson to wear.
The costume is a reference to the episode of the Simpsons "Treehouse of Horror III" where Bart can be seen wearing the costume.

But in itself, the costume is an obvious reference to the Stanley Kubrick film A Clockwork Orange, to the film's main character Alex DeLarge.
