I subscribe to Boys' Life magazine (since I am a Boy Scout), and I found a mistake in the September 2015 issue. The issue states that Super Mario Maker was also released for the 3DS, which is incorrect. However, the Super Mario Maker stage was made for Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS.

I'm not really sure how relevant a mistake in a third party magazine would be, but if you can provide some images, we can see where it goes.
