I think it was explained actually. I believe it was something to do with a punishment, and she had to wear that.

Also, It's cool. Since most people say to go with Index, Railgun, Index 2 and Railgun S.

Both Railgun's get better near the end. I think the plot of Railgun and Railgun S is much more consistence than Index, since Index are small arcs, where as Railgun is a whole story.

Railgun S also had the best fight.

On another note I've caved and got Hulu Plus and now I can watch a bunch of anime shows, more specifically Naruto Shippoden, without having to track down some tube site that doesn't work too well on my PS3 web browser and don't have to sit in front of my computer in my really uncomfortable chair...and too lazy to buy a new chair just yet.

So far I've marathon run through 56 episodes of Naruto in about 3 days. Got lots to go through before I'm caught up, then it's on to Bleach.

It actually wasn't that distant at all; her brother is Tenchi's grandfather, but he's actually still a young immortal-type guy in disguise thanks to his magic tree. He and Ayeka were supposed to get married, since siblings marrying is a thing on their planet, to keep the bloodline pure. I don't remember how Tenchi's grandfather wound up on Earth, but I think it had something to do with his fight with Ryoko.

I still can't believe Toonami kept that in the dub. Sailor Moon can't have lesbians, but incest in Tenchi is fine and dandy.

Hey, they're royalty though so it's kosher (I guess?). They may not have had it directly said in Sailor Moon but looking back it was implied to its limits on Toonami from what I remember. Which ones were though, was it Neptune and Uranus? (I think they said they were cousins or something to keep the lesbian part out but I can't recall as it has been quite a while since.)

You would be right, but in the french (I think) dub, one was turned into a male while the other pretended to be "his" girlfriend. Still how is gay a bad thing and incest (which has been proven to be bad) be seen as good.
