Frogger: He's Back - The last American game to be rated "K-A."
#1
Frogger: He's Back is the last game overall in the American gaming industry to be rated "K-A."

Later releases (including those of the PlayStation Greatest Hits rerelease) change the rating to "E."

This fits in the timeframe, but I can't seem to find an accurate list for games that were labelled K-A when I look into it.

Did you have a source for this being the last K-A game?

Gex 2 (Feb 24th 1998), released 5 months after Frogger: He's Back (Sept 30th 1997), also launched with a "K-A" rating.

currently, the latest game I could find with a K-A rating is Mystical Ninja Starring Goemon for the Gameboy (Apr. 1998).

Much like Frogger, later versions of Mystical Ninja were printed with an "E" rating.

I do have to say the K-A rating was pretty dumb when E was there along side it.

K-A and E didn't coesxist.

K-A was the rating they had before E. K-A was renamed to E in 1998.
