The multiplayer was fun a couple of years ago, closer to when the game launched. But now it's full of lag (could be blamed on servers or the people) and people with armor or something. I shot someone dead on TWICE with the elephant gun and he (or she) walked away scratch free (because they didn't die, like they're supposed to with that type of gun). Being shot through walls multiple times (could be lag again, or the player), and their guns doing A LOT more damage than mine... when with every gun, I always have the damage increase thing on it, if it's available.

This game was NOT this bad years ago. There is no excuse for it.

I posted a rant about Evoland earlier, so imma quote myself here.
Quote: I agree with Lightmatt here, it seems like it's trying to pull itself on Nostalgia and nostalgia alone, without bringing anything new to the table. It's sort of like Retro City Rampage, just not as much fun. When the game referenced Final Fantasy for the seventeenth time, It didn't make me laugh, if anything it made me want to shut off the game and go play some Final Fantasy.Sorry for the bitterness, but I'm just getting tired of this huge fascination with Nostalgia nowadays, yeah It's great to have and a lot of older games are genuinely timeless and remain a ton of fun, but nowadays technology has advanced and I'd like to see it used to either enhance the experiences of older-style games beyond their previous limits, a lot like how Super Meat Boy was both a throwback yet still an incredible, challenging game, or for the industry to use that technology to make newer-styled games that are fun and engaging, like Deus Ex or Team Fortress 2. Nostalgia is fine, but when it become the sole selling point of an otherwise sub par game, it irritates me.

Was it fully charged? I only ask because whenever mine is fully charged, it can last all day before needing to be plugged in again.

It has a cord, I hate wireless controllers. So no need to charge. When I mean dead, I mean dead dead prepare the sad dirge music...

Speaking of dead controllers... Does anyone else get a tad emotional when, after living a full and lengthy lifespan, it finally dies? It was sooo hard for me to throw away my PS2 controller... That thing lasted for years and I had some of my best times with it.

Was it used? Because if it was brand new, that's some serious shit and you deserve your money back.

Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance constantly boasts about parrying! The game always says "PARRY IS THE BEST. PARRYING IS THE KEY TO SOLVE ALL YOUR PROBLEMS. PARRYING IS YOUR LORD AND SAVIOUR. PARRYING DIED FOR YOUR SINS". However, the game doesn't do a very good job of TELLING YOU HOW TO PARRY. Hud on the gameplay screen says "X+Towards enemy attack". So, you try and do that several times but all you do is block! So then you're like "screw it" and cheese your way through the game. I looked it up on the internet constantly. But all the sources I went to just said "X+Towards Enemy Attack*. I tried over and over and over and over BUT I JUST KEPT BLOCKING. IT WOULD NEVER END. I got my way to the final boss without knowing how to parry believe it or not, and I finally, FINALLY figured out how parrying works!!!!!

You block at last second.

Pandora's Tower's controls ARE FRUSTRATING ME. I don't think they planned the Classic Controller controls out well.

I'll be very upset if Wiimote/Nunchuk controls don't make things a little easier. This third boss is just kicking my butt :(

I'm tired of the community of League of Legends.

I've mostly played bot matches to not deal with people and play in a more relaxing and forgivable environment. However Riot launched a campaign in which if you win 10 ranked matches, you align yourself with one of the Lore's tribes. I thought "hell, why not" and the first couple of matches were alright. Forgivable people, relaxed environment and I did pretty good. However the last several matches have been nothing more than being accused of trolling, being a n00b and one guy telling me to uninstall the game. As you might've guessed, I lost all motivation 5 minutes into the game and put hardly any effort into it.

What amazes me still is that Riot started this whole new "tribunal" system in order to cut down on this but it's also self-defeating. The system only comes into place after multiple complaints, so sure you got this guy a month worth of banning but he's already scared off several players into uninstalling their games. I could care less for this sort of crap, there's always going to be assholes and if I truly wanted I could go right back to bot matches and screw the whole tribe thing. However one of my closest friends play League and a harassing player triggered his depression. This is the kind of shit I can't stand, but I suppose that's almost any game's community in a nutshell.

I like to think LoL's ranked matches is a game where five people that hate themselves very much try to play a game in a attempt to find self-worth in a place on a ladder. Ranked players kinda expect you to function like a machine who can calculate the right decisions on a dime. I'd stay away from ranked unless you want to make LOL'ing your job and stick to either normals or bots.
