Did you know that Big Hero 6 was originally a Marvel Comics IP? Yeah, I didn't knew that either until recently. To be fair though, Disney never promoted Big Hero 6 as a Marvel film, which may explain why even to this day there are people who don't know about this team's *ahem* humble origins.

Hell, I'll argue that before the animated feature came out, Big Hero 6 was even more obscure than the Guardians of the Galaxy. A superhero team, more obscure than GOTW. Let that sink in.

When you consider that Big Hero 6 originally belonged to Marvel, then it makes sense why they put that post-credits scene in the movie. You know, the only one the movie has.

Contrary to popular belief, cockroaches can NOT survive a nuclear explosion. They just can't. The blast would kill them right them and there. They can survive in higher levels of radiation, yes, just like most insects. However, a nuclear explosion on itself is different.

Bulma's first animated appearence wasn't in the Dragon Ball anime, but rather in Urusei Yatsura.

She shows up at 0:10 and 0:17. It's a "blink and you'll miss it" kind of cameo.

At the end of the third movie, Bulma can been seen sliding across the screen more than once. This movie predates the first show by a year and a month. The manga was out during early December of 1984, the third Urusei movie (Remember My Love) was out late January 1985 and the Dragon Ball anime was out late February 1986. Her design must have been taken from the early artwork of Dragon Ball. Funny how most Dragon Ball Fans doesn't know this.

It's a little funny how here they got Bulma's hair color right but Toei didn't get it right until the Path of the Dragon movie. Yes, Bulma's hair color in the manga is purple, that's why Trunks had purple hair until Super.

So I found out there are people out there who have no inner monologue. People who cannot hear themselves think.


I also found out about Aphantasia. Basically it means that you don't visualise things in your mind.

I often heard of people who lack imagination. Didn't knew there was a scientific name for it. People with Aphantasia must hate reading books (this isn't a joke at the expense of people with Aphantasia. This is merely an observation). The main joy of reading is picturing what's being narrated in your head, which is something people with Aphantasia can't do.

EDIT: if you have Aphantasia and you are reading this, yes. Most people can actually see things in their heads, it's not a metaphor or a figure of speech. How does that work? Well, just look at media like movies and such. There are so many examples out there. You now how sometimes there's like a small bubble on top of the character's head while they're thinking? That's the "mind's eye" or what most people refer to as imagination. The mind's eye is also the reason why people can have flashbacks.

"What if someone had Aphantasia AND having no inner monologue/being incapable of hearing their own thougts? You would basically have to resort to saying your thoughts out loud. Damn, that would suck. So many people would give you weird looks or call you crazy or even just bully you for it!"

I suppose it depends on the person. Some would say their thoughts out loud while other would see words rather than images (just like how the dude with Aphantasia described it in the interview), no hearing. But yeah, I could see why it would kind of suck.

Not all Orcas are the same. Orcas are divided in three main groups: Residents, Transients, and offshore.

Residents migrate relatively little, eat only fish and are smaller, Transients are bigger, migrate very long distances, eat mainly mammals but also other things. Pods of either group interact with other pods of the same group, but Transients and Residents always give each other a wide berth. They don't fight, they just don't interact at all. Genetic studies indicate there hasn't been cross-breeding in the wild between Residents and Transients in over 700.000 years (They have mated in captivity, however).

Offshore Orcas, as their name suggests, travel far from shore and feed primarily on schooling fish.
