Street Voice V

Back in April 25th 2017, the Temple Hideout stage was removed because it featured a voice sample from an audio collection know as "Voice Spectral: Volume one" that is actually a Islamic prayer. People argued that the voice sample didn't fit the stage it was featured on, which was a Buddhist temple, so Capcom decide to remove the stage and put it out again on stores back on May 31 of the same year (this time using a different version of the theme, obviously).

Now, as for the prayers themselves, they translate from Arabic to English as:

Quote:"Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim"
(In the name of Allah, the beneficent the merciful)
-"Qul huwallahu Ahad"
(He is Allah, the One and Only!)
-"Allah hu samed"
(Allah, the Eternal, Absolute)
-"Allahu Akhbar wa lillahil-hamd"
(Allah is the greatest, all praise belongs to Allah.)

Fun fact; this is the exact same prayer featured in the original version of Ocarina of Time's Fire Temple theme, Crus'n World, and Kakuto Chojin.

EDIT: I'm an idiot, you linked a video stating it was also in OOT.

Yup. All those four games used the same audio sample from the same audio collection know as "Voice Spectral: Vol. 1".

I guess you could say some people never learn from their mistakes...

I dind't post it with the intention to say "this was in OOT, too!". I posted it because it was one of the few videos that featured the unedited audio sample.
