I'm bored so I thought why not just do something
so here you go...

Kurtis Stryker was plan to be in MK2 but was replace by Jax Briggs, Stryker's shirt was goign to be red (and not blue like we saw in MK3) this is why Jax's pants are red.

Rain was going to be in MK3 but did not actually appear until Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3, the character was made to be a joke to a Prince song, "Purple Rain".

Baraka's face was a make that they simply got from a Halloween store and spray painted the teeth silver.

Mileena was created because they wanted to really push for 12 characters in MK2, and thought it would be a good idea to make another female ninja looking character, this way there also be a female rivalry (much like Sub-Zero and Scorpion).

When knocked Ermac off of the Sky Temple stage in Deception, Unchained and Armageddon, Ermac will stop screaming and shout "Suck it!!" before resuming screaming
