The Flash Kick (サマーソルトキック Samaasoruto Kikku?, "Somersault Kick")

Two move skills "Somersault Kick" & "Double Lariat" are reference to Guile's Flash Kick move (In Japan, it's named Somersault Kick) & Zangief's Double Lariat move from the "Street fighter" series, a Capcom related game.

I can confirm the somersault kick for certain, but I really can't tell what's going on in the "double lariat" video on the Dead Rising side of things. I just see a large pile of standing corpses and white numbers.
