Okay, so we're giving one of the original plugins we tried another shot. Hopefully it works better this time. You should now see thank buttons though. We'll be redoing the images but in the mean time, let me know if there are any errors with the thank buttons.

Edit:
Scratch that. Plugin is still broken. I'm going to look for another one.
