Still lovin' it, but the resale shop closes at night, so there's not really anything to do if you're playing at nightime. I get that it's part of the immersion and yada-yada, but rawr.

Playing the game and it's everything that I could wish for. <3

Americans are the best mayors.

Also, I got Coco as a neighbor who's eyes stare at my soul...

Where do you buy the ordinances?
Oh, and I just spent a half hour making my town flag a Swastica because I'm mature and stuff. Uploading pics now.

No idea yet.

Also, I already have a severe problem with this game. I just can't stop...

Going for the Night Owl ordinance!

Also, why do I think I'm going to spend a lot of my time in the game on the island?

Is this game worth the 35$ (Woah, cheap as heck for it being like 4 days old in US) or is it basically the same? Cause i'm trying to ration out my spendings so I can get SSB4, the Wind Waker remake, A Link Between Worlds, etc. From what I know, You're the mayor, you're the proud owner of a tent, and a Guy named Coco stares at people's souls.

SSB4 isn't out until 2014. Wind Waker MUCH later this year(and still not confirmed so expect delays) and ALBTTW...no idea. Worth getting for it's replay value. Only a few more hours now :D...1am here.

Well worth it as it's a bit overwhelming on the amount of stuff you're actually able to do.

Just got my game today form Amazon, and I am addicted! I haven't been able to do much since it's pretty late, but I'm well on my way to earning bells for my house.

The game's definitely worth the $35. You can do a ton in the game, and if it's anything the first game, every day brings new surprises!

This is the reason I came to this thread.

I'm reeeeeaaally interested in this game but I've been undecided for a while. Had no idea the game was only $35 though. I've never played Animal Crossing before but I've heard nothing but good about it.
