Your Gaming Collection
#1
I'm intrigued. How big or small is your gaming collection? How many consoles does it span? Do you prefer digital downloads or physical purchases? Inquiring minds might want to know.

Mine's available at the Backloggery.

I'll just post my OCD list.
  • PlayStation: 41 games, 5 on PSN, 10 pirated & 26 demo discs
  • PlayStation 2: 40 games & 3 demo discs
  • PlayStation 3: 44 on disc, 24 downloadable, 1 Mini & MGS Database
  • Dreamcast: 6 games
  • Famicom: 1 game
  • NES: 7 games
  • DS: 14 games
  • 3DS: 2 games, 3 downloadable & 1 virtual console
  • GBC: 3 games
  • GBA: 8 games
  • Neo Geo X: 1 game (+ 20 pre-loaded)
  • Mega Drive: 1 game
  • Master System: 1 game
  • PC: 21 games, 3 game/utility discs & 1 demo. Note here that these are only then ones I have on disc, I don't even want to start counting the ones I have on my hard drive.
  • Steam: 25 games. The reason I have this category is because it's easier to just count the games there. I didn't include any of the ones that I have on disc.
  • Amiga: 112 games, 11 doubles, 22 demos, 11 music disks, 3 odds & 44 unsorted. The unsorted ones are mostly utility programs and curiosities but some might be games, I can't be bothered to check.
  • Mobile: 30 in my current cell. Listing these because I do have some actual games including RE, SH and Doom titles.

Out of the consoles mentioned I only lack a Famicom and a Master System. I also counted any collection discs as one game.

Btw. Thanks for the link to that site, it'll help me keep track of my stuff.

Because I have games in this house and my old house, I have no idea what the #s are off the top of my head, I hope to visit over the summer and I will be grabbing any and all games that I can.

I'll get specific numbers eventually, but I'll just leave it at "a metric shit ton" until then.

I used to own a PS2. Should propably get a new one. I also have a bunch of those old electronic games tucked away somewhere, unless they have gone to trash over the years.

I do play games on my cell phone when I'm bored but as it's pretty much just a regular cell I don't think it should be counted.

I have 212 SNES games alone:

Not as much with the others. Kinda phasing them out for the SNES as my goal is to complete the library.

Little update: Halo: Reach is no longer there. But I have Halo 4 there instead.

Games not shown:
Borderlands 2
Toy Story 3 (was for a nephew, but was too tough for him)
Mario Kart 7
The Legend of Zelda: Ocraina of Time 3D
Super Mario 3D Land (and there's no way to take a picture of this game since it's a digital copy)
