I don't remember the exact rate, but I believe that it's going to be a $30 base purchase with a monthly subscription fee. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

Well I'm getting the collector's edition sooo what do they give a month free or something? Also why $30 isn't $15/$18 the usual rate?

If you've got a Legacy account (You subscribed previously on three consecutive months) then you also get a reduced fee.
Legacy accounts do not require a new base purchase before you can play the game. I think the legacy drops the price in GBP from £9.99/mo to £6.99/mo so it is actually quite a saving. Legacy and pre-order accounts also get access to the early-release which is kind of worth it. Over the beta 4 phase I've managed to level my main class and sub class both to level 20 so it does put you at a bit of a disadvantage when you're joining the game on launch day.
