The all new Nintendo 2DS.
#61
It looks like a good idea for kids but i just won't be getting it :)

I've never really been a big fan of tablet-like devices anyway, I have an iPad but all I use is my laptop. That's probably affecting my opinion on it.

I wouldn't mind owning a 2DS as I don't own a 3ds myself, but my main concern is that with the tablet-like design the dual screen are left exposed, and I just don't want them to get scratched because I couldn't fold them in. :|

They have carrying bags for that, like with the good ol' GameBoy.

Personally, If I get one, I'm going to make a folding case with a controller backing for it, more ergonomic and safer.

I never used that bag, even when I was traveling. Not to mention I more than likely don't want to carry around a baggy when I'm doing stuff away from my place.

Understandable. I just thought I'd throw that out there.

I actually had a Pikachu carrying bag for my GBC. Come to think of it, I hope I haven't lost it. Anyway, as it didn't go well with my GBA, the screen on that one is ridiculously more scratched than my GBC's, which is pristine.
