...Then shouldn't you eat healthier?

And even with a heart condition, you can still get some light jogging done, right? Or at least walk a lot?

You can still do some exercise. I personally have exercise induced asthma and aortic stenosis, only about 50% of the blood in my heart is actually pumped out with every beat.
But I started with very slow exercise. Over time, my heart and my breathing have improved and it's a great feeling. Just start small.

Probably a good idea to eat more healthily if you have any sort of medical condition!

Haha yeah, I should eat healthier.

I could, but just a light jogging could speed up my surgery date. (Or appearently a heart attack? Thats what my dad told me, but I dont believe that.)

My health and exercise levels are both low, and I really want to do something about it. I'm like seriously under-weight and I can get winded doing the simplest things. Maybe I'll start walking more often, though I do have a mild heart condition and a bad tactically reinforced spine. I just feel like I should get in better shape.

I have many, many old injuries I've had to work through and with over the years. I've always found that initially the pain is quite high, but as the muscles around the injuries have strengthened, the pain has eased so that it was far less than it ever was even to start with.

For me, I was bullied in school etc etc, and tho it wasn't about my weight at all I've found that being fitter and slimmer in general has helped with my confidence. I also need to be pretty fit to be able to ride Sierra effectively. No good me getting out of breath before she does!

There are lots of exercises I can't really do tho. Squats kill my knees, and hiking kills my knees. (I can't walk down hill for too long, especially not down long flights of steps) So I just do other stuff :P
