Moving on from Bandai Namco, here's Choo-Choo Charles. Just... Choo-Choo Charles.

Rockstar Games confirmed that Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy - The Definitive Edition is a thing.

Well I'll be danmed, the rumors were actually true.

BTW, Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy was already a thing before this announcement. It was a collection released in 2005.

Mr. Yokoyama has been with the team since the beginning. He was a part of the writing team for every mainline number Yakuza game, directed Yakuza 5, and starting with 0 served as a producer on the series.

Did you see that lady with the red sports bra that's gonna be among the new playable characters? That's Marian from Double Dragon.

For those who don't know, Marian from Double Dragon appears in the previous game as a shopkeeper.

Here's a commentary from one of the game's designers:

What's interesting here is that this isn't the first time Marian is potrayed as a badass.

The first time was in Super Double Dragon where she's a police officer.
The second time was in the live-action movie where she's a tough-as-nails gang leader.
The third time was in the cartoon, where she's also a police officer.
The fourth time was in the Neo Geo fighting game based on the live-action movie (yes, that's a thing. A video game that's based on a movie... which on itself is based on a video game. Street Fighter fans should be familiar with this phenomenon, what with Street Fighter The Movie: The Game).
And finally in Spoiler:Double Dragon Neon where she deals the finishing blow to the final boss.

Adding her appearences in River City Girls 1 and 2, that makes it seven times in total.

I hope Billy and Jimmy Lee are also playable in this game. Either secret characters or DLC. Either that or a new Double Dragon game where Marian is playable along the Lee brothers (emphasis on 'new').
