I remember that. I got what I think was a prototyped disc because the first time you see the shadow king guy, it froze. Cool though.

It was a first release PS2 game, so it could have been the game itself. the load times are really long sometimes, but I like the humor it has. Not many RPGs in my childhood where you can be a sarcastic asshole hero. Even Stan (shadow king) gets in on it.
