Awwww yea! I'm moving in April, finished basement is a must.

It must be nice living in places where you can have a basement. Around here that's another term for a swimming pool if ya catch my drift.

Yeah, a basement in a place like that probably isn't the best idea but they're awesome when you can actually have them.

Well, judging by the lack of responses everyone had the same luck as me: absolute zero.
