How The Devil is voiced here reminds me a bit of King Koopa from the Mario bros cartoons. I always imagined him sounding a bit close to the late Billy Bletcher.

GOD. I watched Pat and Woolie from Best Friends Play LP that Bubsy game. IT IS SO BAD. They had the one liners cranked all the way up and so Busby asked if it was "Taco Tuesday" like 47 times.
