Well, to be quite honest I have no idea what or who that is. Looks like some sort of plant/flower guy... I don't know. His left arm tendril reminds me of those things that come out of the ground in the Forbidden Forest level of Jak and Daxter, and his eyes sort of remind me of Dragonball Z for some reason. I've never really watched that show, so I wouldn't really know. 7/10
