I'm watching the Best Ink finale, and i'm losing my shit. The top 2 artists are AMAZING (I do have a favorite though) and they both deserve the top 2 spots. Not only that, but their final skins are CELEBRITIES that i'm extra excited about.

John Hurt would be the only person I'd put any money on, due to his appearance at the end of the episode "The Name of the Doctor". What I am most tired of is people saying all the people who have appeared in Harry Potter. AWFUL IDEA, PEOPLE!!! Everyone being suggested seems too young also. I have heard some people say Johnny Depp, which I honestly wouldn't mind with how well he plays weird characters, except for the fact that he's, uhh, AMERICAN!!! I also wouldn't mind a woman doctor either, but that talk has been going on for a very long time now. I doubt it would happen. Ben Daniels is truthfully the frontrunner, and I am totally fine with that. But I think it boils down to this: No big names. NO. An English actor or actress that has little exposure but is good. And weird. And can take a well known character and make it their own. And at least 30 years old. That is my take, and I will stand by it.
Oh yeah, my first Doctor was Tom Baker. He had quit the job ten years before I was born, but, I grew up watching old Tom Baker episodes with my Dad. And I loved David Tennant. But, from day 1, I just never liked Matt Smith. Don't ask why.
I would probably go on a murderous rampage if Johnny Depp was cast as the Doctor. I'm so tired of him showing the world how wacky and quirky he can be. WE GET IT DUDE, YOU'RE FRIENDS WITH TIM BURTON. Same goes for you Bonham Carter. I'd honestly prefer an unknown as opposed to someone whose more famous.

That last part sounded like something a hipster would say.

That last part sounded like something a hipster would say. And in the Doctor Who vein, as seeing as none of the actors who played the Doctor were almost all nobodies before hand. My purple dotted shirt and fedora agree wholeheartedly.

Oh my gosh! I think Are you Afraid of the Dark? is getting a DVD re-release in Canada! It's easy enough to import, and I only bought the first season when they initially came out, so I'm so happy! Sure that show scarred me for life due to the episode Dead Man's Float, but I sure loved it!

It certainly wasn't supposed to. The last thing I ever want to be is a hipster. What I meant by that, is that when you get a big name actor for a role like this, or any role really, you pretty much already know how that character is going to behave and what his personality is going to be like. If you go to a theater and see a Bruce Willis movie, you know exactly what you're getting from Bruce Willis. Half the fun of getting a new Doctor is finding out who both the new character and the new actor are. You get an unknown actor, and it becomes much more interesting to watch. How is this unknown, basically "nobody" actor going to breathe new life into one of the most iconic characters ever?

Does anyone have any information on the show Destination Truth? I want to know if there will be a new season and if there will be, when will it be shown.

@Doctor Who talk
I saw a #HewlettforTwelfthDoctor tag on twitter (or something like it, I dunno) and I was like: Yes, I would like that very much.

Never really seen any Stargate, but he's got a sci fi background so I wouldn't mind him as the Doctor.

I'm watching some kind of ghost investigation show (Not a good idea to watch at night). They make everything look so real but aren't these types of shows fake? They're doing a good job at freaking me out.
