E.g. Conker's Other Bad Fur Day, Donkey Kong Racing, Epic Mickey III to name a few.

For Epic Mickey, on January 29th 2013, it was announced that Junction Point Studios (the makers of the Epic Mickey series) was being closed. Plus, Epic Mickey 2 didn't sell all too well, so even if Junction Point Studio wasn't closed, It still probably wouldn't get a sequel.
Actually. From what little info I could find about the purposed Epic Mickey 3 game is that there are a few hints of it in Epic Mickey 2. If you are in the attic and thin out somethings in the background. Gus will point out that there are costumes that wouldn't fit the mad doctor(assuming that the costumes would fit on someone on the likes of Pete). It was later revealed at the end of the sequel hook that the petes(depending how you played the game) would laugh at the toons celebrating since it was given that they have a scheme at work. But we will never know what that would be since Epic Mickey 3 never came to be.

I also have another annoying thing to add about video games. Bad voice acting. How bad are we talking here? So bad that the voice makes me want to cringe. I always cringe whenever I hear a secondary character(like Amy or Big) from Sonic since most of their time is used for filler.

Epic Mickey was originally planned as a 3 part saga, and that was known even without the hints in Epic Mickey 2. But since the game had done so poorly, it would have been a waste to have made the third one.

Epic Mickey 3 Word Stuffs. You can skip if you believe that their was gonna be 3

And for Big the Cat, I never found anything wrong with him, other than that he didn't show up enough. And Amy? Really? What's wrong with her?

In my view, with Sonic characters, they focused a little too much on making new characters and a little too little on making the games for a while. Sure, they're nice and all but I don't care unless I'm given more of a reason.

To me. Amy is just every single sonic fan girl only taken to the extremes on how much she is obsessed with Sonic. Sonic can't even stand her. I dont blame him for thinking she's crazy(which she is).

Say what you want about Sonic, at lest his friends don't pop up everywhere they aren't needed. I swear you say one character is cool and Nintendo has to put them in everything from a main game to Mario Cart to Mario Party to Mario [insert sports here].

ME:"You know Rosaline was a cool character"
Nintendo:"That's cool. Put her in Mario cart and the sports games."
M:"Dry Bowser was a cool boss and was unexpected."
N:"That's cool. Put him in Mario Cart and make him not special any more."
M:"King boo was..... OK."
N:"OK? That means cool right? Put him in EVERYTHING."

You keep forgetting everyone that is not form the Mushroom Kingdom and the Space Station. Can we think of something new please? Oh wait. I forgot what franchise we were talking about. Can we have some thing new without having to add "New" to the title of an "Old" game.

But, what about if the bad voice acting makes the game?

Seriously, Shenmue has some of the worst voice acting I've ever heard, but damn. Without it the game would feel as emotionless as Ryo.

It would depend who's acting. I think the first resident evil's voice acting had its moments where bad voice acting.

It really depends what game it is. Sometimes, when im trying to get a trophy and I cant lose any HP (Monsoon from Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, im looking at you) for the whole boss fight, and the boss is the hardest piece of crap in the game, then yeah, difficulty.

I think games like Battletoad can be an example of difficult as hell games. I honestly couldn't beat it when I was playing it, it was insanely difficult.

For me it was in Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories for the PS2/PS3 (HD remix version). It was the end boss fight where one of the moves is either a one hit kill or your health is high enough and it just brings it down to 1 and all of your card/resources are expelled from you. So not only do you have to dodge his attacks, but you have to get healed and reclaim all your stuff else you can't properly fight him.

Same thing with those special/extra/hidden boss battles that are insanely difficult for one reason or another in the KH game. Best example would be the Grim Reaper looking boss in KH1 at the Clocktower in Neverland. It has an attack that starts a count down. Now if it reaches 0, you die. So if you are at the relative start of the fight and you get this, you either have to be insanely strong or have some god mode cheat that I don't know about in place to keep you alive cause if you die, game over please start at the beginning of the fight once more.

Honestly, the worst thing for me is trying to get a ditto for the masuda method each gen since it's so difficult to trade a pokemon from gen to gen. People try to rip you off like crazy for a ditto from different country.

Does the game not have an Auto Life spell or an equivalent? I know that in some games casting Revive (or a similar spell) acts as an Auto Life too.

Nope, no Revive or Auto Life. If a party member gets KO'ed you just use a Healing Potion or a Cure spell on them and up they go but if you are the main character (ie Sora) and you get KO'ed then it's game over.

There are some little abilities you can give each character that generate a random chance of staying alive when critically hit or keeping 1hp. But again with Sora, if that doesn't work you lose the game and must start over.

Thankfully though, if you start over with a Continue you don't lose any items you may have used like Elixir or group items like Mega Potion/Ether/Elixir. These ones are far more valuable and with the exception of Potion hard to come by as there is no item creation recipe for it in the game as far I am right now in it. (Currently playing it, hence why it is on my mind right now).
