EDIT: here's another one that wans't featured in this video, the intro of the song "Clint Eastwood" comes from the "Rock 1" auto-rhythm of a Suzuki Omnichord OM-300.
How many people on here are into Tom Waits? Here's one of my favorite songs from him. It has that late night blues tune that I love to hear when it comes to music.

Just saying that he is one of my favorite singers ever and great taste! I'm going to assume you already know of the animated video that John Lamb did called "For No One"? (Warning, animated stripper in said video)

I actually remembered seeing 'Tom Waits For No One' when I was in high-school. It was very unique to see at the time. Love the backgrounds in that.
This song has been bugging me since I heard it, since the main part of the song has been used SOMEWHERE but I can't put my finger on it. One side of me wants to say the tv show Arthur, and another wants to say a video game.
I'm sure you know what I'm talking about once you hear it, it's first heard around 17 seconds in.

I started singing the chorus of Janet Jackson's "Together Again" with that... around the 1:24 Mark

Oh wow, that's actually a pretty perfect match.
I did some research and asked around, and I think I found what it was.
It's the only thing that would match up really, especially when you consider how composers for Sega games took a lot from Funky bands and such, plus I know tons about video games so if I thought it was familiar, it's gotta be from this.
Oh, and to add onto this, it was Yuzo Koshiro who composed it, and he's been known to have "sampled" a lot of music from other people. Still, through this odd research I've pretty much found the answer and if I had more solid proof I'd submit as trivia.

This. This is a classic.
This. This sampled the above song and became a huge hit for Pras and is part of the Bulworth soundtrack. FUN FACT: Ole Dirty Bastard was not supposed to be a part of this song; he showed up in the wrong studio, heard the hook, and told Pras to let him lay down some lyrics.
This. This is one of the hits by The Fugees, a group Pras was in with Lauryn Hill and Wyclef Jean.
This. This is by Enya. Enya sued The Fugees for sampling this track, for the song above, without permission.
Other members of the band like Mike Shinoda have confirmed it's real and that an official statement from the band is coming, but suffice it to say, Linkin Park as a band, is likely over. I doubt there's anyone who could replace Chester as a singer of this group.
