I FINALLY DID IT -- When the cat was yawning I was quick enough and managed to put her tail in her open maw. She then tried to close her mouth and went "blehhhhhfleh there is tail in my mouth".

TODAY IS A GOOD DAY

Putt has not been feeling good today. He's been limping ever since I got up this morning. We are not sure what's wrong with him. It's either a bug bit him, he hurt his paw jumping off a bed, or (worse case sanario) he has doggy arthritis. What we do know is that he is one big baby. He's been clingy to anyone he can snuggle up to.

Hope Putt feels better gamemaster. Have you checked him for ticks? Maybe there's one on him that you haven't looked hard enough on him. Good news. I might get a new dog sometime after my sister's wedding. Maybe is the only the answer I have from my dad about it. I know it would be nice to have a little companion on my lap again as I draw.

Now this is a pet if I've ever seen one! I wonder if he takes it on walks?

I got a dog this weekend!
Her name is Olivia and she's a 5 year-old English bulldog.
She used to be a show dog and we had to drive 3.5 hours to get her.

awwwww ! That is the cutest little puppy :)

Don't you worry, he'll be running around dishing out love to everyone before you know it.

What led to her being up for adoption ? Did someone give her up because she's no longer fit for dog shows ?

If that's the case, that's some extra shitty shittiness. At least she's in good hands now.
I'm very passionate about this issue. When you adopt a pet, it's a lifelong commitment. You can't just get rid of it when you get bored or it gets old or it doesn't behave exactly how you want it to, or any other reason.

Its a business thing. At least this person gives the show dogs to other homes. Some just euthanize the dog.

There should be committment contracts to avoid people using animals as mere commodities to parade around for a bit and then to disgard when they are of no more use *rage rage*

Well she wasn't just a show dog, she was also a breeding dog. She was taken out of Dog Shows because she wouldn't listen to instructions. The people who owned her said that she needed a "forever home" and our family, after losing our previous dog 2 years ago, we're happy to oblige.

See, it works out. Honestly, without people like that, there would be a lot fewer dog breeds.
