Nevermind, what you're using to record your footage won't even open in avisynth, MeGUI, and won't even import the audio into Audacity; so I opened it in Sony Vegas and I even resync'd the audio and boosted your audio as best as I could (it's still too quiet even with 12db boost), but it crashed every time I tried rendering it. So, at this point I just can't be bothered.

I would recommend you don't record your commentary with the same program you're recording footage with. Use Audacity for that. Also don't record in 1440x900, switch and record the game at 1280x720. You'll save on filesize and is less taxing on your system.

Alright, it was just meant to be low presence while recording game footage. Do I change the resolution in-game or is that a setting in the recording software? My screen is actually 1440x900 so I'm just making sure.
