I was thinking something with blue and red. Or maybe an image thats blue on top, fades to white in the middle, and goes to red on the bottom.

Actually the first thing I thought when I read that was the original color scheme of DYKG. I think the colors were the other way around, though.

I'm pretty sure you gotta make a Google account then link it to Youtube.

Making a YT account automatically creates you a google+ account. That's google's stupid shit for ya.
