Okay so apparently a game screen and a link to another trivia site were not enough. Time to go to specifics!
Lamiroir is clearly stated as being blind in Chapter 3 where this continuity error appears. Yet, she still mentions how Apollo's expression changed while Machi Tobaye is being questioned.
AA Wikia page for Lamiroir, where her blindness is mentioned multiple times in the text and under her profile. Check "eye color".
Direct link to the scene in the game. You are free to watch the other videos if you want to see if this discrepancy is mentioned or explained, though I can assure you it isn't. Source being me who just beat the chapter in my own game. Also the videos.
The AA fact site mentioning this little omission of previously stated facts. There's one comment on this page that says "I’m pretty sure Lamiroir says something to the extent that Apollo’s gaze is so piercing she can “feel” it at the end of the case." but this is not something that actually happened. The fact was never brought up again after she said what she said. Proof of this are the videos I linked to above.
As an icing on the cake, here's a screenshot of the exact moment.
Did I mention she is totally, completely and utterly blind?
At one point she also recognized a lump of plastic as a cocoon replica, though that she could have done via feel. Then again, this would mean she has also touched an actual cocoon of this exact kind before AND that she somehow knew from the feel of what was literally something that could have been mistaken for a plastic egg with ridges that it was a cocoon replica of a specific cocoon. But I digress. This part would be harder to prove anyway.
Anyone who has previously beaten the game can add their testimonies about the case at hand. Testimonies will be cross-examined.
