That would be interesting but first the trademark's have to be put in place again. They expired sometime in 2012 and haven't been re-purchased as far as I know.

After looking it up. The trademark of Chrono Break is officially expired. This would make a pretty good 3DS game to make it up for a long awaited sequel to Chrono trigger to the DS port of the first game.
