I'm only 18, and I know what a Walkman is. Hell, I think I've probably owned one, but to think there is someone only 5 years younger than me who doesn't know what it is.

The children, that's okay. They don't know much about life in general, but damn I expect at least the 12/13 year olds to have browsed 9gag or some shit with some guy saying "I LISTENED TO THIS B4 U GUYZ LOL WALKMANZ 5EVER" and then they'd eventually google it.

Also, that kid who said he's a 90s kid but wasn't born in the 90s....that one really urked me and I hate all that 90s kid stuff.

What next, are they going to show them a VHS tape and they'll have no idea what it is?

Keep in mind that a 12 year old would have been born in 2002, and not all are internet savvy. I can see kids that old having no idea what a walkman was. That aren't as embedded in pop culture as records or other older musical relics. I ain't watched the video, but that's my take.

I was using the internet when I was 11. It's not uncommon for them to have not been on the internet, hell they even have phones, that's easier access to the internet than I had.

I guess you're right about the last part, I'd say they know what a Record player is.
