Regarding the tornadoes recently. I have never understood why those families that get hit never moved after the first or at least the second tornado that hit them.

Last year on the local news they did a story about someone leaving their dog in the car while they were at the State Fair. Thankfully people saw it and busted the window out to save him.

As for kids... I am so happy I haven't seen any stories lately about that. I forget how long ago it was but I recall there was a time frame where it just would not stop happening. Granted I am not a parent, but I will never understand how you can actually forget about your kid and let them roast or think you can leave them in there for extended periods while you're doing something.

I remember that time period too. It was happening everywhere across the country! Even here, where the temperature is at least 90 most of the year, and reaches into the 110s sometimes.

It's the same thing out here with hurricanes. We get hit all the time, even up here in Houston we get force 4 or force 5 winds with some! But out here we don't get any news coverage or celebrity help (Texas is evil apparently) so we help ourselves and each other. If I owned a house and it got wiped out, I would stay here because it's home. I don't want to move anywhere else.
Guuuuuys they had to turn the water off to do some repairs and I can't take a shower! I feel so gross.

I hate when that happens, it makes you feel nastier the longer you have to wait.

Rain Dance, Song of Storms on the Ocarina, I don't know.

It's better for your hair if you only wash it every 2-3 days :)
Stay positive!

Just in case:

3 options as I see it:
1: Call up a close friend and honestly explain the situation and ask if you can take a shower at their house. You'll most likely get a yes sooner or later.

2: There are public showers in a lot of gyms. I've used them before when I didn't have an opportunity to shower for a while. The college I went to actually had a free gym with showers in them for students. It is a bit weird though, because people will be coming and going.

The reason why I'm home so much if I don't work is because, unfortunately, my pals don't live that close anymore, so it's usually weekends if we're going to get together (I miss game nights sooo much. I've never laughed so hard in my life).

They will have the water back on later in the day, as they have the past two, maybe sooner if they finish. They would've been done on Saturday but unfortunately it's been raining a lot and one of the workers had a scary incident where the hole almost caved in on him.

I can deal with a delayed shower, but I hate not being able to wash my hands, especially since I have pets. Since it's so close I took a walk over to Burger King to wash them and decided to have lunch there while I was at it.
Water is back on now! I wonder if it would disturb the piggies too much if I changed their water? I think I can do it.

Well I guess I work in customer service then but usually customer service means absolutely no overtime whatsoever. That's why I was confused.
Cracker Jack's aren't as good as I once thought they were.

They've probably been dumbed down for health reasons, kind of like twinkies became less cream more filler because that cream was terrible for you.
I got 99 pages, and the next post might be the one...

To break 100 pages.

I give up.
