I just wish people wouldn't resort to threatening to dismember my guinea pigs just because they don't like me. It sucks how people can't just stay focused on the topic at hand and need to throw in personal insults because they're losing.
Also, I'm bummed because I really thought it was pay day, but it's next Friday. I'm screwed up because of the weird schedules I've been having.
Who are these "people"?

I'm sorry, but...what? I think this needs a bit of context.

Just mowed the lawn, and right near the end it started pouring so I had to run with the push mower in the rain in order to finish it, then I stored the mower away and proceeded to remove my shirt and pull a Shawshank.
I love summer.

Because I used to volunteer at an animal shelter when I was too young to get a "real" job, I know a thing or two sometimes about critters and try to help people out.
On a forum devoted to pets someone mentioned their younger Pug having really bad breathing issues when it was barely doing anything strenuous that matched up with a problem a Pug at the shelter had. Sometimes dogs with wrinkly faces actually have too much and it obstructs their breathing so bad surgery is need to lessen wrinkles around the nose.
They'd be going to a vet anyway so I thought I'd share this possibility to help calm them down, as it really isn't a big deal to fix, although it might be pretty pricey.
Since it's the internet, of course a random crazy had to say I was making things up and trying to trick someone into hurting their pet, which was when the comment about my guinea pigs came into play.
I'm really sick of forum negativity coming from nowhere, so after he kept ranting even after I linked him to articles proving this could happen, I just shut off my computer for the night.

The internet is fun until someone takes a fuckface to the brain.

Ever have one of those "why the hell did my brain come up with that" thoughts? I just had a major one. I wondered if my friends would still like me if I lost weight. Many have dubbed me the funny fat guy.

There's nothing like having a gun pointed towards while you're on the floor while the place that you work at is getting robbed.

At the moment yeah. The only real person who was hurt was the manager due to some fighting, though he's stubborn and won't go home or to a hospital.

If that is serious injury, tell him not to risk anything over a mcdonald's meal. Expect to be interviewed by police. This could be quite the drawn out process.

I'm so glad you're OK, though! That is some scary stuff!
