Drake of the 99 Dragons.
F@ck this game. I hate this game. This game hates me. That final boss can go to hell. It's a horrible game, and it has the BALLS to end on a cliffhanger. Normally I feel bad for not getting a squeal to a cliffhanger, but I say good ridence.
The game made me a little upset.

Well....
I downloaded and beat Story mode of Nitronic Rush in a single setting, and I have to say one thing...
THAT GAME IS FREAKING HARD. And not because of tight racing. It may be called racing survival, but there's plenty of (hardcore) racing games that require that level of precision that I'm used to.
It's having that much precision when there is visibly lag between the joystick and your car actually turning.

I beat Tales of Xillia about a week ago. I've slowly been going through and beating it as a new game+ with Milla.

Beaten Puzzle Agent 2 again. I still hope Telltale Games gets around to making a third installment in the series. Then again, it probably wont happen until the creator of Grickle finishes up his work on Boxtrolls.

I just got the Ratchet and Clank: Up Your Arsenal platinum trophy. It was really fun, UYA is still the best game in the original trilogy.

Saints Row 3. Not 100%, not desiring to get 100 %.
I also cheated on Minecraft and defeated the Nether Dragon on Creative mode. Can't kill a creeper, but I can kill the dragon.

Assassin's Creed IV. Edward's a great protagonist, the story's pretty good, and the world is excellent. I love how much Edward changes throughout the ten years that the game spans through and I love how he turned out.

I beat Dark Souls 2, it was great but Dark Souls 1 is way better.
It's a different team of course but everything is better in Dark Souls imo.

Mighty Switch Force 2. I may never get all of the levels under the PAR, I have too much trouble memorizing the stages.

Shadow Dancer: The Secret of Shinobi
This is the most difficult game I have ever beaten. I'm not joking about that. When everything in the game 1 hit KO's you, it's just hard. Especially when you're talking about having to hit enemies nearly pixel perfect to even damage them and there are waves coming at you.
And I beat Kirby's Dream Land again. I said I'd speedrun it for a marathon in August in under 15 minutes. I haven't touched it for a month, got awful RNG on a boss, died twice and still got 14:35. For some reason, I'm not highly worried.

After all these years I beat the original Crash Bandicoot. I was watching a stream of it where the player complained about the controls and I thought to myself "Was it really that bad?" and realized I never actually beat it. So, I dug out the game and went through the last 5 levels I had for some reason never bothered to play through. Either I still remembered how to play the game after all these years or the guy playing it was just terrible at it, because it wasn't even that hard. The game was challenging but the controls had nothing to do with it, it was all because of the evil level design.

Finally beat Super Mario Sunshine from my childhood. For whatever reason, I was never good enough with the boat in Corona Mountain. So I did the job and fought "Boozer". Okay, maybe he wasn't a boozer because I lost to him twice before beating him. Whatever. That ending was great.

Congrats, man. Punch Out is a hard one, it took me a lot of free time to beat it. I never went for 100% and I don't think I will.

Yeah you're right... I'm still thinking about the 100%, but I probably wont do it and I think I'll try and complete Xenoblade Chronicles now.
