Netflix announces a Legend of Zelda tv show
#16
Both Nintendo and Netflix have no comment on these "rumors and speculations".

Now Nintendo would be quick to deny it if it were just a rumor, so this pretty much confirms it for me.

Now I'm really nervous. Oh well. If it's cringeworthy, just don't watch it.

When something is too good to be true, it normally is. I'm really disappointed that I won't have to deal with a bunch of angry fan boys telling us that everything Zelda is ruined because Link has a speaking roll or Ganon sounds like a dork, or Princess Zelda is not in the show that much. So many missed opportunities.

Seriously though, I'm glad that the people looking forward to the show didn't get the chance to bitch at everything. I knew that it was never going to be made just because of these fans. It could have been very well written and well acted and could have been Oscar worthy (as if), but when you bring up Talking Link, everyone has a bitch fit. That is the reason we can't have nice things.

Another good idea bites the dust. Honestly. This was the biggest missed opportunity of a lifetime.

I honestly wouldn't count a live action Zelda show on Netflix lifetime-award winning material.

Forgot that this was a thing. I don't consider it a significant loss because even Netflix, would never have captured the beautiful essence that is
