Just wrap whatever you want to hide between spoiler tags, as follows:

Code:
[spoiler]Text you want to hide.[/spoiler]

Which will output like this:

[+]Spoiler

Also, in the future, make sure you do a little more looking before posting your question. This really isn't the right thread for this kind of discussion at all.
