I believe adding a new section called "Gaming Reviews" with the comment as "Here you can post your own reviews and experience from any game." would get some more joy into this community and attract a new kinda audience, such as me.

I worked long and hard designing that colorless box and this is the thanks I get?! Haha, really though, I know it needs an image. We'll get one up eventually.

For now, feel free to post them in General Gaming Discussion with some sort of indicator that it's a review. If we get enough of them, I'll create a section for them later.

Will thanks (I mean like, being able to see them) be implemented in GoMobile as well?

Probably not, since both are plugins and enabling one in the other would likely require re-writing both.

It can't because they're different thank plugins but after thinking it over a bit more and looking at the mobile templates, it shouldn't be terribly difficult to display thanks on the mobile theme. I'll look into it a bit later.

Curious, why not make a Complaint Box thread? If anyone is having any problems with the forums or curious as to why a mod locked/did something, they can ask about it in thread as others might feel the same why.

I made a thread exactly like this over where I moderate and it worked quite well as the members felt like they were being heard and communication between the mods/admins and the regular users worked much better.

From what I have seen (not here) on a few other boards, mods will sometimes just ignore the PM without much question. The thread also gives posters more ease knowing that they want them to speak if something is on their mind and bothering them.

Ahh well then, just a suggestion.

Well if somebody wants to complain or what have you, they can post a thread. Or PM us. It's their call.

There doesn't have to be one designated thread for everything... A trend which I've seen cropping up, which has been bugging me, I'm hasten to add.

Is it possible to mark a specific thread as read?

Yes. Just go to the last page of the thread which can be easily accomplished from the tread listing by clicking on the last post on the right or manually on the last page right under the title if the thread isinglass enough.
