I beat my Soul Silver Nuzlocke FINALLY.
Houndoom killed most of my team, then I just swept all of Lance's team with my Dewgong.

I may like the games, but I really don't like the anime. ASH NEEDS TO WIN A TOURNAMENT! I got that out of the way.

For my Pokemon team, it's always restricted to the generation I'm playing, if I am playing in a Gen 2 game, I'll only catch Pokemon from that generation. Because having the same pokemon over and over again can get repetitive, and the games loses some meaning on "catching them all". Which is why to this day, I haven't played Black 2/White 2.

New info has been released, particularly pokemon and what looks like a function called "Mega Pokemon".

Okay, the new pokemon from left to right are:

Meekuru (Pre-evolution of Gogoat, grass type)
Horubii (Normal type, Digging Pokemon)
Dedenne (Electric/Fairy type, Antenna pokemon)

Horubii and Dedenne can either have Pick Up or Cheek Pouches for an ability. Cheek Pouches is new.

The trainer seen in the fourth picture is a Gym Leader named Koruni and she apparently knows more about Mega Pokemon Evolutions.

MegaBlaziken has the ability Speedboost, Mega Lucario has Adaptability, MegaMawile has Huge Power, MegaAbsol has Magic Bounce, MegaMewtwo has Insomnia, and MegaAmpharos has Mold Breaker. MegaAmpharos is Elecetric/Dragon and MegaMawile is Steel/Fairy. Apparently, Mawile already got the Fairy type added to it in the pre-evolution.

Lastly, the first Pokemon X & Y event is going to be a Torchic that has it's hidden ability Speedboost. It's going to be distributed from Oct. 12th to Jan. 15th, and it will be holding a new item called "Blazikenite". Said Torchic can eventually become MegaBlaziken and will be utilizing a Mega Stone, whatever that is.

I already loved the designs of Ampharos, Mawile, and Absol, but damn do I love them even more now, their new designs look great in my opinion! MegaBlaziken and Lucario look pretty cool too. I really really really want MegaAmpharos and MegaAbsol, and I love the extrea dragon typing MegaAmpharos got. It also seems that for the first time ever, a legendary pokemon is getting an evolution. Meekuru looks adorable and so does Dedenne! I want 'em both! I'm wondering what Horubii and Dedenne's evolutions are going to look like (if they have evolutions).

I'm really interested in Mega Evolutions and how they are going to work. I'm also curious as to how many pokemon now have mega evolutions and why the developers made this new evolution...type, for lack of a better word. However, I do hope that the mega evolved pokemon won't officially be called something as silly and bland as "MegaLucario" or "MegaAbsol".

I'd be annoyed that new Mewtwo isn't just a form like Deoxys has but I'm too distracted looking at that majestic as fuck Ampharos.

I have a feeling mega evolutions aren't permanent. Meaning that, after they battle with mega evolutions, they revert into their orginal form.

MegaBlaziken( Hope that's not the official name for all mega evolution's) doesn't look really impressive as it's counterpart but I must but MUST not missed that torchic event.
