Yep, Saturday 1st should be fine for me !
Time-wise, I think that having it in the late evening for Europe, and then late-afternoon for Eastern and Early afternoon for Western would be the best idea.
Our main body spans Finland to Texas and then some.

For future reference, Millatry time goes from 000 (midnight) and goes to 1200 (noon) and you just add extra hours. EX 4pm would be 1600 or 6:30pm would be 1930. The latest it can get is 2359 and than it turns back to 000.
I live with an ex-air force parent and have a brother in law in the army, so I had to learn it at one point in my life.

Sounds good. I might be entertaining friends then but I'm sure they don't mind if I attend to the ceremonies for a while :P
