The way he talks makes it seem like the game is just being shelved and will come back at some point, although I highly doubt that'll happen.

At least with Akuma in Tekken 7 we'll get a taste of what could've been.

The only good thing about this news is that i have finally an excuse to post this:

So, on other news Melty Blood: AACC is now available on Steam (this is also the official North American release of the game, for those who didn't knew):

A new trailer for GGXrd -REVELATOR was launched:

Nakoruru from Samurai Shodown enters the fray.

That Shun'ei guy reminds me a bit of Yuki from NeoGeo Battle Coliseum. Speaking of, I wonder why they aren't giving any Metal Slug characters a chance in the KoF series. The Ikari Warriors team is there in full and they have pretty much incorporated every other game of theirs into this one.

YOOOOOO, that trailer was sweet!

Boner Hype is ubreakeable!!

So, on related news, SNK Playmore simplifies company name to 'SNK' and reverts slogan back to 'The Future is Now'

On Other news, the official trailer for the character Mira (KI season 3) is out:

BTW, SNK Playmore released also released a trailer that it actually reveals the full 50-character selection screen, offering a look at all the teams! In the form of a third trailer, SNK also announced the first DLC costume for KOF 14, "Classic" Kyo Kusanagi which will be "day 1 bonus content".

The King of Fighters 2000 will become available through PSN in North America next Tuesday (May 3rd) as a "PS2 Classic".

Guile is fun. He has crouch walking which is insane for Street Fighter.
MIRA IS HYPE! Liking her attacks but you have to adjust to her life draining mechanic.

ummm, the article clearly says that you can now pre-order the PS4 version on Rice digital for $99.99 or the PS3 version for $94.99.

So I recently played Slam Masters 2 and..... it just feels weird. I mean, the fun in the first Slam Masters was that it was straight-up wrestling, with everything wrestling's supposed to have.
Slam Masters 2 is just your average 2D fighter in a wrestling package, and it feels like it's pretending to be something it's not.

The best thing about Slam Masters 2? The newcomers Black Widow, Rip Saber, and The Wraith. I like them all. It was also cool to finally play (and fight against) Victor Ortega.

Wouldn't mind seeing a Slam Masters character in Street Fighter V as a playable character.

Capcom remembered Final Fight 2 outside Maki. This gives me hope for Dean and Lucia joining SFV (yes, i know those are from 3, but still....)

For those asking for a translation, this is what i could find:

(This time, we're tracking the mysterious man from Metro City. Gathering information and documentation on him was extremely difficult more or less. Nevertheless, he is Japanese and loves swords.)

Name: Carlos Miyamoto
Height: 189cm
Weight: 73kg
Blood type: not examined
Birthday: forgotten
Home Country: Argentina
Favorite things: his katana, swords, chili beans
Dislikes: raw fish

This mysterious man hails from South America. It seems he is a master of Iaido, as well as a former bouncer. He currently lives rent free at Haggar's mansion, as he contributes to the improvements of security in Metro City. He has seemingly hurt his hip using the Sharin Nage (swing throw) special move which he hasn't used recently.

Man I genuinely liked that game.
