Armikrog. Yes, the game that just came out today. And the game is fun. I really have this desire to make the intro song to that game and run it on loop because of how well made it is.
I just beat Bravely Default. I wanted to level up all of the classes to max, but as I was experimenting, I just couldn't find anything as good as natural talent monk for damage so I stopped. Its a shame too because I've always loved Dragoons, but I just didn't feel any advantage with the valkyrie. I can safely say that though I saw the ending coming a mile away, it definitely came off in a good way. Too much of a cliffhanger for my tastes mind you.
Watching the End Credits for Dragon Quest Heroes now. It's a fun game that I'm glad I bought. Not the greatest story but the mashup was great and the gameplay is really fun. I'd say anyone who has ever been a fan of DQ in the past should give it a go.
The original Streets of Rage.
I appreciate the game greatly as a Genesis lover and for what it helped spawn (the later games in the series, obviously)...
But it feels really clunky today. Still a charming beat em up... but feels clunky.
I finally got around to beating two Nintendo DS games. Super Mario 64 for the DS along with Super Princess Peach. I think I'll be downloading Super Mario 64 when I get a Wii U, as much as it was great to see one of the best Mario games remade. Some of the things that were in it really felt out of place since it was called a a 'remake' with adding things that were out of place from the original game. It kinda feels like to me that they pulled a George Lucas with this one. Super Princess Peach was fun. It was nice to see the princess get her own adventure. Would be nice to see that happen again.

I haven't beaten the game since that last level is hard as hell when you get to the twins and you don't have those special moves to help you.
I want to say two things about Space Raiders:
1. This is the best B-Movie game that I have played/seen since House of the Dead Overkill (which I still count as the best B-movie game). The whole game has a campyness to it, from the way nobody says their lines right to the basic plot. Just put a film grind filter and you have a B-movie.
2. All reviews I've read of this game say that it's a bad game becuse it takes the orignal Space Invaders and makes it repetitive and nonsensical. This is the second time I've heard someone describe the "dark" remake as the same thing as the orignal but now it's a bad thing. Bomberman Act Zero was not that bad becuse it was a darker Bomberman and this is not bad for being a "darker" Space Invaders.
I just beat the main story of Yo-Kai Watch. As Simple as it all was, I really enjoyed the game a lot. I hope the sequels make their way here. I'm not sure if there's anything post game, but I really hope so. There are still a lot of quests and extra enemies I want to fight, which is a true testament of the game, I beat it, and I want more. That's always a good sign.
Beat Tales of Zestiria last night. I've already started a new game plus and some free DLC I got for the game, but I don't know how far I'll get, Battlefront and SAO are three days away. Like with Yo-kai watch though, I do want to play it more after beating it. That said, it's not as good as some other Tales games I've played. Xillia is still my favorite by far, but I don't see anything beating it any time soon.
Beaten New Super Mario bros Wii. Finally gotten ALL of the star coins. It was difficult, but all that time was worth it to collect all of those Star coins.
My sister and I 100%'d Yoshi's Wooly World a few weeks ago. All Yarn Yoshi's, all flowers, all stamps, and all hearts.

It would have been harder by myself, but it was a lot more fun having shenanigans with my sister.
Heart of Darkness. All I ever knew about it was from the Completionist video (ft. Caddicarus). I expected a lot harder and a lot worse game. It was hard, but that was becuse I had a controller with sticky X and Circle buttons. The only things I truly agree with them on is that the jump (even with a sticky buttion) is really hard to get right, the crocodile heads (Fire Slimes as I was calling them) are the worse, the gun is next to useless, and the next to last "Battle" with four screens of hoards is SOOOOOO annoying and the reason I stopped playing it for a few hours.

In the end, glad I was able to get it and will have to a game I replay in the future.
I just finished Sword Art Online: Lost Song. The story of the game was a bit weak but the gameplay and area's were a lot of fun. The soft MMO online stuff isn't half bad either. I'm probably gonna keep playing just to see if I missed any sidequests for anything like that, because I like the side stories a bit better than the main one. Overall, it's a pretty good game worth what I paid for it.
I managed to beat is Yume Nikki along with a friend. I had to ask him to guide me to where the last two effects I was missing. Though, we had a hard time looking for the last one because we got lost in the Dessert World.

The ending was bittersweet.
I just beat Remember Me the other day.

It was surprisingly awesome.  The story was actually pretty good, way better than I expected.  Good storyline, good gameplay, female protag, and some nifty unlockable art stuff as you play through, too.

Definitely need to start looking at other DontNod games, like that Life is Strange that I was already vaguely interested in.  I hope they do manage to make Remember Me 2 like they've talked about.  And I wonder what their other new game Vampyr is all about.

But first I have to play a few weeks worth of Medieval II: Total War.  I've been talking to folks within Creative Assembly lately and it made me really want to play some Total War games.  I'd recently beat Shogun II, so I wanted something different (for once).  I was too lazy to see how to get my copy of Rome to work, since it keeps telling me I don't have Direct X, even though I clearly do.
I got stuck at work for 16 hours on Thanksgiving, too; with no actual work to do (I had to do my dept.'s payroll, which took me around an hour).  So I just sat at my desk and played Medieval II all day.  Not bad for automatic time and a half pay, right?
Just beat Mega Man 2 for the first time in my life. The first time I actually played a Mega Man game in general, really. I took part in this stream challenge thing on a Finnish streaming site, the first stage of which was to beat all robot master stages only using Bubble Man's weapon (except Bubble Man's stage, ofc). Finished the challenge and thought it would be a waste if I didn't just finish the game while I was at it. Challenge took about 3 hours, two and a half more hours to go through Wily's castle, making it a 5h 30min playthrough.
