It's a really freaking weird Genesis game, I can't remember the name though. Plods along at a snail's pace, you spit at enemies to attack. Played it once, was more than enough for me.

Well, the original game was simply named Toki, but some copies of the Genesis version added Toki: Going Ape Spit.  So... depends.  Toki or Toki: Going Ape Spit, depends on who you ask.
