My family started watching American Horror Story a few months ago and now we're like crackheads looking for episodes we haven't seen yet.
Started watching Blacklist on Netflix. James Spader is fucken awesome. I can't wait to see how he is gonna portray Ultron in the next Avengers movie.

Now I just need to finish this season so I can watch the new season which started.

Also saw the pilot for Gotham. Not bad, it made a decent effort telling us this isn't about Batman but about Gordon and I suppose you can see it as a way for us to really find out why Batman is needed in this city. Why he one day shows up and starts beating up criminals left and right. They even start off the first case as the murder of Thomas and Martha Wayne so they can introduce Bruce, Alfred and some of the other characters.

Plus we see the rise of some of the villains as well as the heroes too. Poison Ivy was shown as a little girl, Penguin as a rising mob figure. Even The Riddler was shown as a CSI tech geek who was annoying as ever trying to show off how smart he is.

All good stuff but not strong. Needs to start picking things up quick if they are to keep the interest of the audience beyond the novelty of a Batman prequel before Batman.
SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY ALREADY!!

Didn't realize new episodes of Wander Over Yonder were airing. I still don't know why I like that show so much.
So is anyone here watching Gotham?

As someone who loves Batman and Batman related stuff, it's a very very good series about Gordon 5 years before Batman came to light.

It treats the lore quite well, it cast a lot of good characters for the bad guys. I won't say who is in it beyond Gordon, Bruce and Alfred but if you like Batman, this is a great series if you want to see the prologue to him.

The only bad casted character is Alfred.

Yes, I have been loving Gotham. There is always a good amount of progression in each episode and almost every character has been cast perfectly.

I agree that Alfred is the only character that wasn't cast right. He's just far too rough to be Alfred.
That series finale of Boardwalk empire was a bit depressing. Another good show from HBO bites the dust.
Finish watching the latest episode of AHS: Freak Show.

Man, was it disappointing. It's bad enough that American Horror Story doesn't have the best villain but c'mon did they seriously killed off the main villain in Twisty the Clown AFTER JUST FOUR EPISODES.

If it wasn't for the guilty pleasure, I'd stop watching the show entirely.
Well this is interesting. I think it might be a good idea but unsure. Never read the books and only have the movie to be a guide of what might come about with this.

I loved those books as a kid. I religiously read each one as they came out. But all I remember about the movie was the massive creative liberties it took with the first three books.
I'm not someone that is easily interested by a book, but that series had me by my nuts. Having the author on board is amazing because it will more than likely stick very closely to the books. I know I will definitely be watching it.
Evil Dead is getting a TV series, starring Bruce Campbell. It's gonna be called Ash Vs. The Evil Dead.

I've recently been watching Enterprise after blowing through DS9 and Voyager, and I'm surprised it got cancelled in its third(?) season. I'm near the end of the first season and it's been pretty good so far, much better than I expected. It's a shame we'll never actually see the Earth-Romulan war.
Been watching the missing on BBC I player, it's brilliant.
Been recently watching Fargo, will at least the first two eps. I honestly thought the the series wouldn't hold up to the movie but it was a pleasant surprise. Ol' Billy Bob Thornton gives a awe-inspiring yet weird presence in the show but that was expected since he seems to give that vibe everytime I see him. Martin Lawrence feels like knockoff but quickly redeems himself. Waiting to see how the duo gonna play it out. Especially if they go against the sign language fellas.
